So fast the CNY gonna over soon.

There's a saying: CNY easy to go through, but days is difficult (Hokkien).

It's really true you know, chinese new year is just a few days whereas you had another 365 days to go before any CNY comes, many things can happen in this 1 year and some are those that you cannot expect, I am sure some things that happened in 2009 is not you expect, but we must cope and live with it. Some people can become a billionaire within 1 year whereas some people might become a beggar in 1 year.

Actually every year we must had a target so that we will work towards it and not just live everyday without an aim. Some people might aim to be a manager within this year, some students will aim to get good grades or train to get fit. Even woo-ing the girl you like is also an aim that you can work towards too so that when you look back, you know that you had done something. It's not late to list down the resolution. The thing is you must be realistic in your aim, some things nid more than 1 year to complete, you can list down but you must know you cannot complete within a year and don't give yourself too much pressure to complete because there is no shortcut in everything. Don't aim things like you want to complete 2.4KM in 7minutes when your actual timing is just 20minutes because it's not realistic UNLESS you really determined to everyday wake up and run 10KM. You need to plan la seriouslly, step by step planning. Look at those successfuly people and use them as a model to guide yourself. LIKE if you want to achieve something in soccer, you can make C.Ronaldo or KAKA as your model.

Just read WL's blog about clubbing and I want to had some comment regarding this clubbing.

I seriouslly don't think clubbing is anything special nor makes you to become a hero in people's eye. In fact, clubbing is just wasting your own sweet time dancing inside a crowded place where you need to endure the smoke from smokers and squeeze with people to get a place to dance. Why would you want to spend money on a place that is so dark without lights? If you want, you can invite your friend to your house and dance until siao if you want, it's free, big space somemore and more freedom. A clubbing night needs about $100 ??? I saved this $100 every week and I tell you I can buy many things that you cannot buy. Everything had it bad and good points. Clubbing can make more friend and enlarge your social network, you can make more friends and know more things since you know more friends with different age groups BUT provided you can tell the difference between bad n good friends.

Actually you can go but not every week la, maybe once a month might be reasonable, the thing is pub and clubbing is different, pub is a place to relax and drink, you can watch soccer somemore so don't mix this two together.

Today I going to take basic theory evaluation. Many people who never join their member will probably don't know what's that.

Basic theory evaluation is like a trial test which you need to pass in order to go for the real basic theory test conducted by the traffic police. You need to pass this evaluation 5 days before the actual basic theory test. If you fail to do it 5 days before the actual one, the system will cancel your basic theory test and you need to re-book. It's the same thing for the Final theory test.

I booked 2 practice before the evaluation so must go early.

PS: I had passed my basic theory evaluation and now prepare to go for actual test and final theory evaluation!

This is my 300th post in this blog. I will make this blog as long as I could so that it will keep lots of memories..like a diary so that when I want to know what I am doing, I can flip through this blog..but only from 2008 onwards....LOL..

If you think carefully, if you everyday had 1 entry, you probably had more than 1000 posts in ur blog within 3 years. I am not those type whereby I will post entry everyday coz it's not like everyday I have something special happening.

Anyway, I spent 1 whole day downloading Bioshock 2 and it gives me some dll files missing which is kinda sad because this game is one of the best beside COD and L4D. I alway want to change my desktop or laptop so that I can play the game I want but I don't have the money. Just to console yourself, if you do not had a good com, you will spend lesser time on gaming and probably you will spend more time on studying maybe???

I will move towards my goal; A Billionaire, my estate will be the best of the best with DJ room, A gaming room, A KTV room, A pub, A billard table, A garden, A socer field, A fish pond, A big kitchen with 4 chefs, A carpark with lots of my car collection, A sauna, had lift for me to go up and down and lastly A security guard house outside my house gate for secutity purposes. You believe I will do it?? Yes I can.

First of all, Happy Chinese New Year to all of us and those who are attached, happy valentine day !! It very rare that both the CNY and valentine day banging on the same day snatching which is more outstanding, but valentine will lose out because everyone will be busying going to every houses for CNY and spent little time on valentine day.

As usual, what I looking forward during CNY are gamble and ang pao and of course steamboat. It didn't dissapoint me this year because all the 3 things that I listed had appeared and its not gonna just stop here, I am sure there are plenty more to come!

Steamboat is something more special for me because I seldom eat steamboat on normal days. In just 1 day, I ate 3 different kinds of steamboat and of course every steamboat had it outstanding taste. Every house I went, there will be steamboat ready for us to eat which I found it very good "service" LOL.

Yup, gamble is another unique style of gathering together because once you gambling, you are sitting in a circle and everyone will be happily playing. Blackjack and pair is the 2 major poker card games that most of us will be playing and sadly, I lost $4 which is kinda sad ahhahhaha.

Taking ang bao is just common way of celebrating CNY but I found that sometime people will just pretend to ignore you in order not to give you. What I mean is those relative that we rarely meet, when we rarely meet, we will not talk much and they will just pretend and talk to those they are close. I mean what's the big deal man, it's just a $4 angbao (confirm).

First and second day of CNY, I went to 7 different places around the singapore (Like tourist), but 1 year once, so ok with it !

I think now stompers are getting lamer and lamer in regards to their news or "special incident" found in their daily life. Please post something that is interesting and not anyhow post something that is really nothing at all like "put kissing picture online". I mean this type of news is just wasting the capacity of the stomp website. It's very common to put those picture online, not as though she is half naked or what....Pls be sensible to what you are posting. Another article I found it unneccessary is the "taxi-driver rude msg" which is nothing at all, it's just a normal conversation and you just post in on Stomp??? The purpose of Stomp is to let us post something that is "Special" when we seldom see on our daily life, if you gonna post something that we are seeing everyday...what's the point..you are getting negative comments..

In regards to the increasing number of sex scandal appeared on the news, internet,etc. I personally think that it's an ireeponsible act done by that gal/boy. In ur private life, you can do whatever you want but once you do it on public and worst more posted on internet, it's not ur own problem anymore, it's the public issue already and you should consider the risk of people hacking into your whatever account to get the picture and spread it out. Once it's spreaded out, even u cry until your eye swollen also can't solve the problem, so think before you act, if 1 think is not enough, then think twice.

UT week ended in a disastrous manner. Here is the story:

I reached the classroom at about 8.20am because the UT starts at 8.30am. I don't know the reason but since the UT3 starts on the first paper, I had trouble downloading the UT from the UT agent, I had no choice but to get it from the fact's thumb-drive. The problem is another girl who is facing the same problem as me had a hard time retrieving the UT from the thumb-drive. The MAIN problem is there were 9 students having the same problem as me. Just deadling with the girl alone, the faci took 10minutes and he said that the LEO is facing lagness. So the 9 of us waited for 15 minutes and he can't do it coz he is useless, therefore he told us to do on paper but thankfully with laptop on. He still attitude us when he's useless because some of them didn't bring pen along and he said that it's ur own UT and he was like unwilling to find pen for them (I had pen). So we start late and because of this, I was being affected and cannot concentrate for the whole paper, I leaved blank for the calculation part which caused me 6 marks.

I mean the faci should had more than 1 thumb-drive so that it can cater to the needs and reduce the waiting time, this is the only faci I encountered with only 1 thumb-drive,you can't predict the number of people who needs thumb-drive so you must have more than 1 thumb-drive in stand-by mode.

Anyway I hope that this UT I can get at least a C or C+.

Finally all the UT3 is over and now waiting for the results.

This is no UT today therefore can afford to wake up to watch the Arsenal vs Liverpool match, being a Arsenal fan, I would be happy to see them beating Liverpool and retain the hope of the BPL title.

Last OS UT3 tmr and it would probably the start of CNY. As stated in previous post, OS is my weakest subject of all and even I revise, I also will not understand all the computer terms and theory. I would be relying more on my 6P to help me. Most of all, I pray hard that I am able to get at least a C+ for this UT3 (OS).

The FYP project selection is out till 28th Feb 2010. Called the team to meet up on a date to discuss on the topic that we have choose. I think the selection result will not out until the date whereby it's the date that the FYP starts. We are advised on meet on our advisor but the problem is who is my advisor???? LOL.

In the mean time, just enjoy on the CNY period...^^

PHP UT3 is over YAY!!!! still manageable except that a bit difficult coz a lot of code must be written :(..I still manage to complete the paper with the time given and hopefully I can get a better grade than a C.

Have you decorate your house yet ?

I like this decoration ..I don know what does it call in English but I simply love it ! With this, you can buy all the nice nice accessories to hang ...woohoo

My house had full of CNY stuffs..ahahaaaaa...



How many more days to holiday + Freedom + CNY + (whatever you want) = 4 days !

After reading the news regarding John Terry being stripped off the captain's armband for England, to some extent, J.Terry should not be the captain because he had show his immature thoughts outside football. Being a captain isn't just having performances on the pitch, it's also the model of all other players. Having involved in such scandal is way too much for such a well known captain around footabll world. Put away this issue, actually there is NOT a suitable candidate left beside J.Terry being the captain. His professionl way of influencing the player is really fantastic, the way he blocks the ball, the way he put his 100% on the pitch. The shocking news is that Rio Ferdinand is the chosen player to be the next captain for England. I don't think it will be a good choice becuase he had not been playing well for the couple of seasons and in fact, he should not be in the England squad because he's not fit enough to do so. S.Gerrard would be a appropriate choice...Wad a bad news for England...but I think J.Terry's confident will not decrease!!! I want to see England be in the finals !

Completed the UT3 for System Analysis and Design. I am quite delighted with this UT3 as it is manageable. Took a bus to school because of short queue. I hope this UT I can get an A for it, hopefully. I personally think that it easy and let's hope the other UT can be the same tooooooo. Easy is 1 thing, tricky is another question.

Finally the Ba gua had arrived after so long, we ordered from my uncle and he sent to just seconds ago. Ba gua is the best tibit during CNY period becuase this is the time every household have ba gua. Time to taste it !!!! Aha...

Ok I will try to add more pictures to my blog to make it more attractive, hopefully !

The first UT coming up will be the module "System Analysis and Design", this module will be the module that I am most confident about it. I don't know why but it seems easier to understand than other modules. Nevertheless, I still revise a little bit to brush up some of the more difficult topics such as detailed class diagram. I am in different class with my other classmate, weird faces all around when taking test, might a bit uncomfortable because all along we took test in the same classroom. Tuesday will be MIS, Wednesday will be PHP and lastly OS which is on friday.

After UT period will be the offically holiday/CNY period which almost everyone are looking forward too. Wa the big match "Chelsea vs Arsenal" is still on midnight which is on mond whereby the next day will be my UT ...sian..need to wake up earlier than usual coz it 8.30am..zz 1hr .

Gd luck to those who are taking their exams/tests.

Year 2 had offically finished (Excluding UT3). Thx for all the fun, joy, teasing -.- and jokes and hopefully some of us will be in the same class next year. Now that holiday is approaching, everytime people will list down a few things that he/she wants to do and complete and the problem is after they listed down, it will only last a few days before starting to feel "sian" about it. I myself falls under this category whereby I will list down tons of things I wanna do but in the end, probably not even complete 1/4 of my "want to do" list.

So for this holiday, I want to obtain my driving license, just only this. I think this alone might take more than just the holiday to complete and as you all know, FYP projects is coming up and I might not be able to schedule my time for other things. So I need to complete my driving asap.

As mentioned in the last few posts, UT3 is coming up next week and I will be starting my revision tmr. Rather confused by OS and I seriouslly hope that I will get a B for my OS UT3. I am aiming an "A" for all the other remaining module, so concentrate. If you had the will, you can do it !

Reached home earlier than expected because today topic is easy, "How to write a good report" which mostly is common sense. Played CS almost the whole day with lot of kills, death and laughter. It seems that we started to play CS at the very last week. 3 days gone, 1 more day to come and it's the most difficult and busiest module because of the faci.

I cancel my booking for my FTL since it can be cancel and it will be refund, I book it at friday 20.05..means that I continue after completing my FTL 1.01 lesson.

Btw, went to BPP to eat Pizza with my family, they service improved since my last time visited them. They seriouslly smile all the way from start till I leave. Afer eating, went to buy some CNY stuffs.

LOL..I accidentally booked my FTL (Final Theory Lesson) 1.01 tmr night, my intended schedule was at Friday, but I booked it wrongly and since it's booked, it cannot be refund. LOL, super sian, Friday is my another FTL 1.02 lesson which on 6pm evening. I still haven't book my FTT date yet coz I don't think I can manage 2 test in a split second.

Anyway, final lesson of OS, faci treated us pizza and the problem statement seems super easy, it's about Malware. UT3 next week, the only module I isn't confident that is OS because I just can't understand all the theory part. The thing is RP still haven't publish their UT 2 grade which really make us worry about it. Just give us the dam grade ma..and another weird thing RP did was to reshuffle us for our UT in different classes which seems inlogical if they think that we can't copy with different class. LOL

Tmr last lesson of SAD (System Analaysis and Design), lously faci I would say, didn't really need him anyway to understand this module.
