I had been woking up at 4.30am to do some jogging/walking exercise to build up my stamina and keep fit, most importantly, get ready for army although it had still 2 years to go.

I went to the park near the greenridge shopping centre and the air early in the morning is good and cold. Jog and walk around the park 5/6 times.

Caculated the steps taken to complete one round, it 700 footsteps to complete a round and it took about 6minutes to walk.

I not everyday wake up because I still can't manage to do that..but at least 3 times per week are fine.

PS: those pictures above are taken at about 5am in the morning.
