Berbatov worth 31m pound?

I mean, berbatov is not a superstar nor his scoring rates is high, he is only an average player, but why Man utd brought him for 31m? 31m pound can buy a far better player than him, I don't know if Man utd really wants to buy him or Man utd wants to avoid other clubs to buy therefore Man utd brought him? 31M is far far over-valued although he is a gd player. Shevchenko was only worth 30M pound when Chelsea brought him.

Now, I will go to CE talk whenever possible to earn the 40 CE points, CE talks actually is not necessary, because people just went there and sleep or they never listen to it, so therefore, I think that CE points is not necessary. SOme of the talks really is interesting whereas some of it is just boring and my school, SIT, seems to have lesser CE talks compared to other schools.
