France had a lot of new star players, including Nasri, Gomis, Benzema, etc, but due to their lack of experience in big matches, their performance was not as good as expected. Anelka did not really perform too. Romania deserved to get a pt because of their afford in defending france's attack. Rather suprised that David Trezeguet was not in the squad, he had a fantastic season with juventus, being their top scorer with 20 goals I think. Nvm, France still had the chance to qualify for the knockout stages.
